
ON THE REFORMER
Explore Reformer Pilates classes and workshops designed to build strength, flexibility, and mindful balance - from rehabilitating post injury, through to fine tuning for that 'personal best'.
JACQUI
Jacqui teaches flow on both the reformer and yoga mat, exploring alignment, activation and release. Great for beginners and those rehabilitating injuries, as well as those looking for more advanced practice. All of her movement based teaching complements her sports and remedial massages, held here in our Treatment Room.
LULU
Balanced Body trained Reformer Instructor Lulu, ten years ago suffered a spinal injury and was recommended Pilates during her recovery. Her successful rehabilitation prompted her change of career, and now focuses her classes on alignment, posture, strength and a little humour, teaching all ages and abilities.

AMY
Having practiced pilates for many years and becoming a qualified instructor in 2015, Amy is trained in Mat and Reformer Pilates as well as Barre and large equipment-based movement. She loves how Pilates is for everyone and hopes every client leaves her classes feeling stronger, stretched and most importantly, smiling.

ANNABEL
Annabel’s passion for mat and Reformer Pilates developed during pregnancy as she experienced firsthand its power to transform body and mind. She teaches a fun, dynamic class and strives to create a welcoming and inclusive environment. Clients say they leave feeling accomplished, nourished and energised.
IN THE STUDIOS
We offer a variety of bodywork classes and movement disciplines, breathwork based practices and specialist led workshops, all designed to bring equilibrium to both the body and the mind.
YOGA WITH JACQUI
Jacqui focuses her classes on the more therapeutic aspects of yoga. Her classes and private tuition are an amalgamation of years of study, practice, experience and extensive collaborative work that she is keen to share the benefits of with everyone - from complete beginners through to those with a more established or advanced practice.
AEROSOUL WITH BETH
This class is a combination of pilates, yoga, breathwork and inversions. With the help of a unique belt designed to support, lengthen and decompress not just your spine but your mind. You do not need any previous experience of pilates, yoga or breathwork to participate.
Originating in Bali, this system is taught by only a few across Europe, Beth being one of the few in the UK to offer it.
